i will be honest with you, if KZ2 launched a few years ago i would be all over it. The fact is that it is just another FPS in the glut of FPS games, it does NOTHING different. Generic setting, enemies, guns and artstyle not to mention FPS # 456,678,633 this generation.
I am sure FPS fans will dig it but I find the gameplay VERY stale and boring, why buy this when RE5 and SF4 are right around the corner.
After playing the RE5 demo I really can care less of KZ2. bring ...
I own every system and I am not a fanboy by any means, but I seriously find it baffling that Japanese devs make exclusive games on the 360. IT MAKES NO SENSE.
PS3 should be getting all the Japanese support, I have only taken advantage of the region free once when I bought Siren and let me tell you......it was awesome

The fact is that FPS games are junk. Comparing GenericZone 2 with such a high caliber series like RE is just a joke. FPS games are all the same crap while RE5 will offer something that this new this gen. Even if it is the same as RE4, it will still be better than any generic Space Marine Crap that was released this gen.

Why id RE5 broken? last time I checked RE4 DESTROYS EVERTHING this gen (Besides MGS4). Every game tries way too hard to be it and fails. Gears wishes it can touch Mikamis masterpiece.

I would LOVE a GTA game on the Wii with the cel shaded art style of the cover art of the GTA 3 era games.
Also make the games more "FUN" like the GTA 3 era games

1) Shooting in the First Person
2) Generic shiny UE3 GRFX
3) Generic Online Death Match modes

RE 5 looks better IMO, I honestly dont like the look of KZ 2 and it looks nowhere near as good as its trailer. The game is waaaaay to dark and grey. RE5 looks beautiful, almost as good as MGS4 which looks better than anything.
AMAZING, Loved the DS version and have said from the outset that it should have been a Wii game to begin with.

this game will be by far the best game of the year, but I am 100% certain that it will not live up to RE4. CooP really bothers me and I hear that they are going to make it shorter.....but the worst is that the GREAT Mikami is ot working on this and neither is Kamayia.
That being said, no game this gen can even touch RE4 and I dont think any game will for a long, long time.

PS3 (ASIAN VERSION)= Almost complete which means that the localization is going to start, if it has not already for the NA version. Which means that they are going to shelf the game until they are finished with the 360 version.
Just wait 6 months after the release, somebody will spill the beans on why it took so long and I think we all know the answer.
get back to me when I can actually PLAY this on my PS3. If I can I would already have 100 PSP games stored on, I own a PSP but I just hate portable gaming, always have always will.

I LOVE this genre. games like DMC, Ninja Gaiden, GoW etc. I am even gonna buy Afro Samurai,X Blades and Ninja Blade. I am a sucker for games with combat, combos and bosses.
this is by far the most underrepresented genre in gaming today. 2d games might be rare but at least we see a 2d fighter, platformer or a SHMUP on a regular basis. beat em ups? nowhere to be seen.
i am surprised by the lack of beat em ups, considering the fact that now is the perfect time to revive the genre with XBLA,PSN and WIIWARE. a new Double Dragon, Streets of Rage, Final Fight etc would sell AMAZINGLY well just like Castle Crashers did.

FPS games suck anyways. The REAL PS3 games that are going to kick ass is White Knight, Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain, YAKUZA 3, Final Fantasy Versus etc
Screw this FPS, I seriously dont understand the hype at all.
i played the demo and really dont know what the fuss is about. its the same FPS game that I have played since last gen, not that there is anything wrong with that. my problem is that its identical to every other FPS game out there. It can be called "Space Marine 432". There are just waaaay too many and they all get over hyped and are insanely overrated.
Graphically, I personally dont like the style. I prefer the more "Clean" look in games like MGS4, RE5, BD, ...
